Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

1/2 cup butter, soft
1/2 cup Bee-utifully Natural Canola Oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t Vanilla
1 cup Mamma Magoon’s Corn Flour
1/2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground nutmeg
4 cups instant oatmeal
1 10oz bag chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchment .
Mix butter, canola oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
Combine flour, salt , spices and baking powder and soda.
Mix with butter mixture.
Add oatmeal and chocolate chips, mix well.
Using a cookie scoop or spoons drop on to lined pans.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
