Commodity Classic 2020, San Antonio, TX

Bruce and I attended this year’s Commodity Classic in San Antonio at the request of Rubisco Seed. They supply us our Non-GMO Canola seed. We had a booth set up with a small Expeller Press for the Canola and also we brought our MPS Farms Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil with us to give to attendees to try.

I also had infused some of our MPS Farms Non-GMO Canola Oil with different Herbs and Roasted Garlic. I had them out on display for people to try with fresh bread. It went very well people were amazed at how good it was. Even several great comments from die hard Olive Oil fans that thought our Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil was much better tasting than Infused Olive Oil.

Then we brought in a popcorn popper and were popping on our Oil and that was quite a hit!!! We also were trying to educate people on the goodness of our Canola Oil, since nothing has been done to Refine, Bleach or Deodorize it. It has a wonderful Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio. This is good for heart health, blood pressure and cholesterol.
